Brendan Antiporda's Story (Boys Class of 2024)

"Being a part of the Flyers from the start of the 5th grade up until my senior year has been an incredible experience. From the early days of learning the fundamentals to the intense competition of games, Flyers basketball has shaped not just my athletic abilities, but also my character and discipline. The camaraderie forged through countless practices, games, and shared victories has created lifelong friendships with my teammates and opponents. I created many memories and bonds through team bonding and the tight-knit family of the Flyers. My favorite moment of being a Flyer was when I was selected to the North-South All-Star Tournament where I was given the opportunity to travel and compete with other top players. I am proud to have represented the Flyers in the North-South Tournament where I won MVP two years in a row. The thrill of competing on the court, pushing my limits, and witnessing personal growth has been truly rewarding. Now, as I transition to the next level, the excitement of playing basketball at the University of La Verne is beyond words. Being part of a collegiate team is a dream come true and I am ready to take on this new chapter in my life."
